Product Description

CRYONIX Concentrate G12+ RED is a premium coolant concentrate with organic acid corrosion-inhibitor technology (OAT). It is based on ethylene glycol and a corrosion-inhibitor package made by Solventis, Belgium. Free of amines, nitrites, phosphates, borates and silicates. Free of 2-ethylhexanoic acid. Suitable for petrol and diesel engines.

Dilution ratios

The concentrate lets you prepare your own working solution for the required temperature range — a cost-effective choice for service stations, fleets and anyone who values flexibility. One canister of concentrate makes twice as much ready-to-use coolant.

RatioConcentrateDemineralized waterFreezing point
1 : 11 L1 L≈ -38 °C

1 : 21 L2 L≈ -20 °C

Note: never pour undiluted concentrate into the system.

Extended service life

An extended-life antifreeze thanks to the very slow depletion of its corrosion inhibitors; it needs replacing only every five years or every 250,000 km for passenger cars, or every 1,000,000 km for trucks and commercial vehicles. When replacing coolant, follow the equipment or vehicle manufacturer’s (OEM) recommendations.

Performance

Thermophysical properties that ensure efficient engine cooling without boiling. Improved formula for stability in hard water. Enhanced corrosion protection for all metals and alloys used in modern automotive cooling systems, especially aluminium. Excellent anti-foam properties.

How to use

  1. Drain the used coolant and flush the system with distilled water or a radiator flush.
  2. Mix the concentrate with distilled water in the required ratio (see the table) in a clean container.
  3. Fill the system, start the engine, warm it up and bleed out the air.
  4. Once the engine has cooled, top up to a level between MIN and MAX on the expansion tank.

Replacement intervals are set by the vehicle owner’s manual.
